Studying Cosmetics
The Diploma in Cosmetics programme at the University of Cyberjaya is a 2 year and 6 months course designed for students to become professionally trained in knowledge and skills related to the formulation and usage of cosmetic.
The programme’s objectives are to produce graduates who have a comprehensive understanding of the principles of cosmetic preparation, formulation, evaluation and safety. Cosmetic products are composed of multiple ingredients of different Physico-chemical properties. Cosmetics formulation is more than just a simple mixing of all ingredients. There must be chemistry behind putting together all ingredients.

Cosmetic Safety & Evaluation Assistant prepares a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) for the products according to the regulations set by the authority. Cosmetic products require detailed safety assessments before they can be marketed to consumers.
