STUDYING HOMEOPATHY
Homoeopathy is a system of traditional and complementary medicine proposed in 1796 by Samuel Hahnemann, a German physician, based on his doctrine of “like cures like”. It takes a holistic approach to manage health and curing illness with the aid of natural substances. This programme is the first and only programme of its kind in Malaysia. This programme is approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and fully accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and meets the requirements of the Ministry of Health and the Malaysian Homeopathic Medical Council (MPHM).
Designed with an integrated approach towards education and health, this programme is in line with the Ministry of Health’s efforts to gradually integrate Traditional and Complementary Medicine into the government and private healthcare sectors.

This programme serves as an intensive preparatory course comprising, introductory science subjects such as chemistry, biology, physics and mathematics, an introduction to the allied health-related subject in anatomy, as well as professional ethics.

The Bachelor of Homeopathic Medical Science (Hons) is the first and only programme of its kind in Malaysia. Approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and fully accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), the programme meets the requirements of the Ministry of Health and the Malaysian Homeopathic Medical Council (MPHM).
