Since its inception more than a decade ago, University of Cyberjaya has produced over 500 pharmacists with a 98% successful placement rate in training hospitals. Our fully accredited 4-year Bachelor’s degree programme has a highly industry-relevant curriculum and is supported by strong industry linkages with Malaysian pharmaceutical companies such as Pharmaniaga.
It prepares students for a career as an industrial pharmacist, clinical pharmacist or a retail pharmacist. University of Cyberjaya students are among some of the most active pharmacy students in Malaysia frequently participate in extracurricular activities.

The Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) programme at the University of Cyberjaya is a full-time, two-and-a-half years coursework programme that aims to produce competent pharmacy specialists in the expanding health care system who can provide advanced clinical / health care services including medication therapy, disease-state management as well as patient education and consultative activities.

The PhD Pharmaceutical Sciences programme is rooted in several research areas which include experimental design and biostatistics, animal handling techniques, drug discovery, design and development, advanced pharmaceutical analysis, clinical epidemiology and more.
Clinical pharmacists work directly with doctors and hospital patients to ensure that the medications prescribed for patients contribute to the best possible health outcomes.
Community pharmacists work in pharmacy stores and the supply and sell medicines following a prescription or over the counter.
Industrial pharmacists conduct research, testing and analysis in the development of medicines and production of pharmaceuticals and related supplies.
